Well, now I'm in my gorgeous new house and I have my final week of gluttony and excess until the diet plan starts next week.
Got a week in Skegness...lord knows why...but going with best friend to get away from the bad few days I've had here and I'm going to drink and eat myself silly!
However, I'm not dreading the diet- I'm really looking forward to it, can already notice more muscle definition in my arms and legs after only a few training sessions so can't wait to be getting on with it more seriously and getting all gorgeous!
It's odd but one of the things I am looking to more than anything is having that body I've wanted for a long time and putting a picture of it on facebook- not in a vain way (well maybe a tad!) but just so all those bullies and old friends can see what I look like now and eat their words!
